Recognize: Acknowledge when anger starts to build up. Feel it in your body—clenched fists, flushed face, etc.
Reframe: Instead of viewing anger as negative, see it as raw energy that you can redirect. Visualize the anger fueling power and precision in your next action.
Release: Use controlled breathing—inhale deeply through your nose for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, and then exhale slowly through your mouth for 4 counts. Let each breath release negative tension and sharpen your focus.
